We are hiring a seasoned leader of athletes to light the way for future beasts of America’s greatest force.Background: Your #1 duty is to be a mentor for our members in their military journey. Everything we do is focused on being a mentor and placing this community first. This includes direct mentorship on monthly podcasts/Q&A sessions.Primary Role: Organize and manage the new Athletic Department. Deliver 4 SOF prep workouts per month from varying branches and prep lifestyles. At least one Crucible attendance per year (paid). Being the public face of the Athletic Department. We are growing rapidly and hiring someone with a SOF background who can grow and build this department with us.Additional details: Part-time, remote position. Mentor/Podcaster
Requirements: You must be a SOF Veteran, of any branch and job, who is passionate about mentoring young men and women through their SOF journey.
Background: Everything we do is focused on mentorship and placing this community first. Our Mentors accomplish this by recording a 6 part mini series about their specific career. ALL SOF JOBS are included, not only the popular ones. By taking members through your individual journey they will understand your pain points and victories.
Primary Role: You will be responsible for a bi-monthly, 6-part podcast about your SOF Journey and one monthly livestream Q/A session.
This isn't our first rodeo! We have been podcasting since 2019 and have podcast templates /support for you during your entire Podcast Journey. Our team will sit down with you and create a 6 part blueprint and timeline. We can connect you with many prior Mentor Podcasters that have executed their own SEAL, MARSOC, and SF Journeys.

Creative Video Editor
We are seeking a capable and experienced creative video production intern to create engaging promotional videos for OA events and productions. This individual will work closely with OA leadership and community administration to create community oriented content and advertisements. Individuals seeking this position must have a moderate to high level of experience

Digital Graphics Intern
We are seeking a Digital Graphics Intern that will work in step with OA leadership and community admin to generate images for web use, social media, advertisement and promotion and other needs and productions as needed. This individual must have some experience with various editing software and social media platforms
